Your virtual server will be added to our custom–made server monitoring system and the minute there is a sign of a problem, our system administrators will be alerted right away.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup of your data is essential – you never know when something could go wrong. And having signed for the Managed Services solution, you will enjoy regular backups of your entire VPS, not just of your content, without you needing to install and configure anything. Furthermore the backup copies are always held on a server with a group of RAID–configured disk drives. It means that your hosted content will always be safe and sound, irrespective of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

While a Virtual Private Server offers you a virtually endless set of possibilities, you will sometimes need to install additional software apps. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can help you out. It’s an essential part of our Managed Services package, which enables you to ask any of our proficient tech support engineers to install and configure any software application and to rectify any trouble that you’re experiencing with the server.
